16 oz tempeh, crumbled
1 lb green beans, trimmed and halved
2 bell peppers, sliced
2 cups vegetable or un-chicken broth
Mango Sauce:

1 tbsp rice vinegar
¼ c Bragg’s
¼ c minced ginger
¼ c chili garlic sauce
1-3 tbsp brown sugar
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp ground corriander
