PaleoVegan Chocolate Chia Cherry Pudding
Makes One Large or Two Small Servings
3 Tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 smashed banana
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 T cacao nibs
5 drops stevia
Mix all ingredients except cherries. Place in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight. Stir and top with fresh cherries.
